    Super lokalizacja w centrum, bardzo blisko Parlamentu, czysto i schludnie, kolorowy wystrój, WiFi, indywidualne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie według jasnej instrukcji, na wyposażeniu kuchni i łazienki wszystko co potrzebne (czajnik, mikrofalówka, piekarnik, naczynia, sztuce, suszarka do włosów)

    Drogi parking za który można zapłacić tylko gotówką na miejscu lub w aplikacji, mieszkanie dość ciemne, z ulicy w nocy i nad ranem słychać hałas (przechodnie, śmieciarka, piszczące drzwi), brak miejsca w szafie na ubrania (może być problematyczne przy dłuższym pobycie), zepsuta zasłona
