This property had bed bugs, the customer service was poor, and we had to spend more to book a last-minute hotel.
The pool and the outside areas were nice. We would have really enjoyed our time here if the inside was free of bed bugs.
This property had beg bugs, which we noticed in two of the bedrooms on our first night. We had to vacate the property in the middle of the night to go to a hotel. No one answered at the phone number listed for us to call if there were any issues when we initially found the bed bugs, and no one answered any of my subsequent phone calls to the listed number; all communication was responded to only in Booking.com messaging. After much back and forth, we finally received a full refund for the booking, about 1.5 weeks after we informed the property of finding bed bugs. However, we did not receive any additional compensation to cover the costs of booking a hotel at the last minute.

All of us did enjoy our time at this property.
The patio offered lots to do. The house is spacious. And conveniently located.
Having a person with us who has difficulty walking was worrisome. The house has concrete floors and there is a step down to the living room. Also in the main bedroom there were no safety bars in the shower.
