  Spacious Home Away from Home with Unbeatable Transit Links

  Great Host Communication: The host provided fast, helpful, and clear communication from start to finish, making check-in and the overall stay completely hassle-free. Prime Transit & Walkability: Fantastic location right near the main station and train line. Getting there with luggage was seamless without needing trams, though the tram line passes right by the street for quick trips. It's also an easy, enjoyable walk to the city center for those who like exploring on foot. Fully Equipped Kitchen: It truly felt like a complete home. The kitchen had everything needed, including an oven, stove, large fridge, and a washing machine—which was an absolute lifesaver. Spacious & Spotless Layout: Very roomy unit with large, spotless bathrooms. Quiet Evenings & Easy Access: Located on the second floor with convenient stairs for those who prefer to bypass elevators. Since the view faces an office building, the street is blissfully quiet in the evenings.

  Bed & Bedding Quality: The bed was unsupportive, and the single thin pillow provided wasn't comfortable, with no extra pillows or linens available, as far as I could find. Additionally, the sheets had visible stains or wear that didn't match the clean, high standard of the rest of the apartment.

  Decent apartment ruined by poor cleanliness and an unhelpful host

  Location is a 5-minute walk to metro. Kitchen, AC, hot water are all good.

  The host is only thinking about herself, not the guests. She should be taking a lesson on customer service. This host is the only one I’ve ever encountered on Booking.com who acts this way. Despite booking the room three weeks in advance, we didn’t receive any welcome messages. When we were confirming the detergent for the washing machine, we had to ask her to prepare it—it felt like teaching a primary school student step-by-step how to do her job. On the arrival date, she sent us a message with check-in instructions. However, the message was addressed to the wrong name and didn’t clearly explain how to get the key. She assumed the guest would just understand, as if we could read minds. (She did apologize for using the wrong name, though.) Furthermore, she didn’t send us the instructions for the AC (which has a screen entirely in German) until after we checked in. All of these details could have been explained at the same time for clarity. While the apartment’s facilities were good—such as a well-equipped kitchen with an oven and great hot water in the shower—the cleanliness and comfort details were lacking. The floors felt gritty under our feet, and the pillows were completely flat, offering no support. All the above issues were still somewhat acceptable, and I wouldn’t even have mentioned them—until she decided to send us a long message entirely in German two days before check-out. Who on earth sends a guest messages in a language they don’t understand? And who on earth asks guests to take out the trash? In the hospitality industry, a host should anticipate a guest’s needs. Booking.com is selling a comfy, safe space to customers, not buying a customer service lesson from us.

  The host was very friendly and let us checkin earlier and checkout later. The apartment has all facilities and everything needed for living. It was a perfect stay for us. Location is also very close to all attractions and to city center. Would highly recommend this apartment to everyone and will definitely stay here when we arrive in Vienna again.

  Beautiful flat and perfect location

  Location is perfect. Everything you need is equipped in the apartment. The host has everything ready, even an umbrella and raincoat. Great kitchenware!

  Everything was great. If the clock on the wall worked, it would be even better.
