    NOT as shown/advertised

    Really there was nothing.

This was one of our worst stays in Europe. The apartment/flat was not as pictured. Beds were very thin and flimsy and only had one pillow per bed. The apartment was not clean. The kitchen sink drain does not drain well or properly. The shower was basically nonfunctional with water spraying everywhere if you attempted to put it in the holder so you could use it as an actual shower instead of a handheld unit. The main door to the building did not shut most of the time even if you tried to pull it closed. In the initial informational email pictures were provided, but no codes were provided, unsure which unit in the building it actually was, unsure, which lockbox to open in order to obtain the keys as there were three lock boxes pictured.
