We were disappointed with the inconveniences: not accepting CC or Debit card for payment; only 1 key, which was required
Air Conditioning and Location
Only 1 key card (which was also electricity access)—extremely inconvenient for our group of 5. One key for a 3-bed apartment is crazy. Very very inconvenient payment system—no way to pay with credit or debit card. Really?!? Clean towels every 2-3 days. Master bedroom Mattress was very uncomfortable—my wife and I both had sore backs from sleeping on it. The wifi was so slow/weak that if more than one person was using it, it was maxed out and frustratingly slow.

Excelente opción para viajes en grupo a la isla
El apartamento es muy grande, la sala es amplia, con su comedor. Y una de las habitaciones que da hacia la calle, es gigante. Está equipado con electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina para preparar los alimentos, si uno quiere. Tiene 3 aires acondicionados que funcionan muy bien. Tiene agua fría y caliente, lo cuál es excelente. El sector y el edificio es tranquilo, nada de ruidos alrededor. Tener en cuenta que es un edificio residencial. Está cerca de los puertos donde salen los tours. Cerca de restaurantes. Y a unos 10-15 minutos caminando de la playa principal. Posible mejora: El apartamento no cuenta con lavadora. Es importante precisar que no se ofrece al momento de hacer la reserva, pero sería un plus poder lavar y centrifugar la ropa mojada del mar, ahí mismo en casa.
La ducha de la piscina es muy incómoda para sacarse la arena. Cuenta con un botón de pulsar que dura unos segundos, luego lo tienes que volver a pulsar y así n veces para que salga agua. Un tema que también puede mejorar, es la limpieza. Pero ya en detalles mínimos. No significa que el apartamento estuviese sucio. Pero por ejemplo el cristal y la ducha podía estar más limpios, digamos un 9/10 en limpieza.
