A localização e a simpatia do dono. Até teve o cuidado de colocar um pequeno lanche com produtos típicos da ilha.

Beautiful historic apartment in Angra do Herisimo
This was a great place to stay, a beautiful period building that the host, Alberto, has lovingly restored, keeping historic features. It was very clean, the kitchen is well supplied, and the location is terrific, a short and beautiful walk into town. The house has brand new, very effective air conditioning, which was great for the summer weather. The washing machine was extremely helpful as we were travelling with children. On-street parking was never an issue, there was plenty available. There is a supermarket just around the corner, so stocking up is extremely easy. Alberto was a wonderful host and even gave us some delicious muffins when we arrived!
Some guests may need to be aware that the only WC is downstairs. The walk into town is beautiful but down a steep hill. Both mean that this may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

Molto bello
Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare dei dolci tipici preparati dalla moglie e consigli turistici molto apprezzati.
Scale della casa un po' ripide, potrebbe essere difficile per chi ha mobilità ridotta!
