My family & I spent too much money for this vacation rental to encounter these issues.
The home was spacious & the locations was great. Beach access was literally steps away! There was a community pool close by as well and accessible after finally getting the correct entry code.
The couches in the upstairs sitting area & the game room were stained & filthy. My family had limited places to sit. I notified Panhandle Getaways and they brought bed sheets to cover the couches the next day. The upstairs refrigerator wasn't cooling which was very inconvenient because majority of the family was staying upstairs (main level) & we had already purchased food on the way in. I reached back out Panhandle Getaways for this issue and was told to give it 24 hrs before the fridge would thoroughly chill and a maintenance request was also placed. However, the next day it still was not cooling. The maintenance worker did come in to reset it but sadly that did not fix the issue. We had to move all food & beverages to the downstairs & game room refrigerators. Other issues we encountered was mold in the dryer upstairs & insect infestation (ants, water bugs, & dead roach in the corners). We did find a bottle of Raid underneath the kitchen sink. My family & I spent too much money for this vacation rental to encounter these issues which could have been simple fixes prior to our arrival.

The two sets of stairs to enter into the main house were very dangerous and the lighting was dim several guests fell or almost fell.

Great house and location. 24 hrs service available and good staff. Watch out for the cleaning crew they are rude.
Location and space
I called to get an extension on the checkout time, the lady on the phone was great and allowed us to stay 30 extra minutes. However the cleaning lady was harassing my family and taking pictures of us to include children.
