    Location.

    Kitchen was greasy to touch everywhere and had an awful smell, quite off putting. Had to wash dishes before use. Ants over the floor, no bottle opener or tin opener. Cake or something all over the blinds, everything that was wiped down (units, fridge, and windows) were smeary. Toilets were all dirty in the bowel, end suit shower head taped up with duct tape. Nothing matched furniture wise, and decor was very outdated. Photos to the property are very deceiving. Felt like the property needed a very deep clean! No welcoming pack on arrival - just felt like this is a money making property all done on the cheap, sadly. It could have potential.
