    Niet geweest, blijkbaar zijn er meerdere oberkirchen in Duitsland en had ik de verkeerde. We waren op doorreis. Ondanks dat ik binnen 3 minuten na de boeking belde, kon er niets meer aan gedaan worden. Dit vind ik erg klantonvriendelijkheid en teleurstellend.

    Wij zijn niet geweest. We waren op doorreis maar blijkbaar zijn er meer Oberkirchen in Duitsland en had ik de verkeerde geboekt. Ik belde 3 minuten na de boeking maar men wou niks voor mij betekenen. Ook niet de datum verplaatsen zodat we de terug weg er wel konden verblijven. Weg was 140 EUR. Erg klantvriendelijk en ook onredelijk ook.
