    This accommodation was, quite possibly one of the worst experiences we have had. (we travel extensively and have done so for 45 years) Accessing the apartment was difficult, and the process was virtually impossible without internet connection, which proved unstable at times. it was impossible to access the apartment without access by virtual key. The emergency contact number provided was of little assistance, emails went unanswered, and when contact was made, the language barrier made communication difficult, leaving us without the support we needed. The linen was old, worn and discoloured, while the shower had such poor water pressure that showering comfortably was a challenge. To make matters worse it was noisy, and the kitchen did not even have a kettle. In summary the accommodation was significantly overpriced for what was provided. Overall the standard of the apartment made this a very disappointing experience and poor value for money

    Lovely accommodation in the centre of the city

    This property is lovely, right in the centre of the city with easy access to shops and transport links. The property is well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend a stay here.

    My one issue was that the place was hard to cool (to be fair, it was during a heatwave though) Other than that, this place is lovely
