Our special thanks for a pleasant and undisturbed stay go to the gentleman at the reception. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was on the day shift on October 16th and 17th. We haven’t met such a warm, kind, and helpful person in a very long time. A receptionist like him is truly a master of his profession. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!
