    Excellent accommodation, highly recommended in every respect!

    Spacious and exceptionally well-soundproofed room, a large bed with a very comfortable mattress, a spacious bathroom, especially the shower area, and direct access from the parking area. Everything was absolutely excellent! Check-in and check-out very smooth.

    Déception pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles

    L'originalité de l'hôtel, arriver de son emplacement de voiture, puis directement dans sa chambre, c'était pratique.

    L'accueil à l'hôtel était très froid. Arrivés dans la chambre, le radiateur de la SDB était brûlant, il faisait au moins 25 degrés dans la chambre, dont les fenêtres sont condamnées. Trois demandes auprès de l'accueil pour avoir une solution (Intervention d'une dame très sympathique). Le fait d'avoir une climatisation que nous ne pouvons pas commander dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, ça interroge... Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel non plus... De plus, l'électronique et la domotique très présentes dans l'établissement ne fonctionnaient pas toujours. Un supermarché à proximité mais pour les restaurants il faut prendre la voiture. Je n'y retournerai pas.

    Un week-end à Torino.

    Tout était OK 👍

    J'ai été mordu par un chien d'un client et ma voiture rayée dans le parking au sous sol. C'est la vie. Et les oreillers du lit étaient petits et minces.
