    Clean, easy access and great location

    Car port is tight for larger vehicle, alternative parking would be helpful

    Convenient location, awesome facilities.

    Could have done with more tea towels. We only had 1. And more dishwasher powder. Otherwise was fine

    Easy communication with agent and easy access to the property. Comfortable for our stay

    Walkable to broadbeach shops and pacific fair.

    Although description said it was fully renovated this seemed to be a while ago. Garden needs maintenance and clean out to be usable. Maintenance issues raised were fixed within a day.
