We were left stranded without accommodation at midnight. We arrived on schedule, but no one was there to let us in, and no prior entry instructions were provided. We tried calling the host multiple times with no answer. In the official chat, the host explicitly admitted that he was asleep at 00:30 AM and did not hear his phone. Although the listing stated there would be on-site assistance if self check-in failed, we received zero support and had to find last-minute emergency housing in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, the host refuses to refund a service that was never provided. Horrible experience and complete lack of accountability. Avoid at all costs.

Nie polecam dopóki lokal nie zostanie wyremontowany

    Dobra lokalizacja, duże mieszkanie.

Podniszczony sprzęt w toalecie, zardzewiała umywalka (odpływ), poluzowane baterie w zlewach, nadłamany blat w kuchni, zepsuta roleta, wszędzie przytłaczający zapach chemii zamiast prawdziwego posprzątania
