Great views of the harbour, house was big and comfortable.

Driveway was a bit steep to navigate but we managed it ok.

    Oh those views!!

The house is magnificent. Huge house and very well laid out. Very comfortable with plenty of room. Plenty of leftovers in the kitchen so no need to buy condiments or basic necessities. The most amazing thing hands down though was the view. Overlooking the sound with a view of Littleton and the mountains. Just breathtaking! Keep in mind, everything has a price though, the drive to Christchurch is about an hour over Dyers pass - not good at night but if you can get past that, the view and location is totally worth it.

    All good

We arrived and I had to clean the down stairs shower, it was disgusting and moldy. The shower drain was clogged up I had to find a plunger and clear it before we could have the water running. The heating was shocking. We had cold nights. Had a guy come out to fix it but it did nothing. The dishes were dirty in the cupboards. And the gas bottle was empty and we were told we could fill it up and they would pay us back for it. But we didn't bother filling it up.
