Schrecklich. NIE WIEDER! wundert mich nicht, dass das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. FEHLER !!
Die Lage war das einzige Gute! Ansonsten war das PErsonal stets bemüht auf mein Anliegen einzugehen. Nur als es unangenehmer wurde, konnte sie mir da leider nicht mehr helfen.
Alles Andere. Ein Manager, der auf das Geld aus ist und nicht auf die Kundenbedürfnisse eingeht. Zudem die das Scamen über die Website, bewusst, dass da Angebote drin stehen, dass sie nicht rausgenommen haben. Sie hatten versucht, mir das zu erklären und meinten, dass auch andere Gäste über AGODA und BOOKING zusatz angebote gesehen haben, die nicht da sind (Wie Swimming Pool und eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer) . Zusätzlich haben sie meine Buchung im Nachgang, nachdem sie das Geld bar erhalten haben, runterreduziert. (Screenshots liegen vor). Damit umgehen sie auch noch zusätzlich die Kosten über Booking (Habe ich auch schon gemeldet) . Begeht bitte nicht den Fehler wie ich und zahlt das Bar. Sobald sie das Geld haben werden sie nicht mehr entgegenkommend sein!!!

Var ska jag börja, 10/10 boende verkligen. Personalen på detta boende är några av de trevligaste jag någonsin bemött på en resa. Vi var på diverse utflykter till Ha Giang, Sapa etc och återvände emellanåt till detta boende. De tog hand om våra väskor och bevarade de säkert. Vi vill speciellt lyfta Lily som hjälpte oss att boka flera av dessa utflykter, hon skötte all logistik och allt detta för ett rimligt pris! Om vi hade några som helst funderingar var hon snabb på svara och detta gäller även resterande teamet på hotellet. Vi är oerhört nöjda. Boendet kändes verkligen som hemma, och den är belägen väldigt bra till. Bara några minuters promenad till många populära platser runtom Hanoi samt grymma matställen. Om åker till Hanoi igen kommer vi bo här! Rekommenderar det starkt! ⭐️
