    Bequeme Betten, Guter Wasserdruck auf der 8. Etage. Ruhige Lage. Es war ein funktionabler Zimmertresor vorhanden, Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.

    Das Bad, der obere Flur und insbesondere der Lift hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch, was vermutlich auf längeren Leerstand während der C-Zeit zurückzuführen ist. Die Möbel waren verwohnt, dessen Türen waren notdürftig repariert. Der Pool hatte Schmutzränder. Da es sich hier um kein Hotel handelt, werden Wasser und Elektrizität seperat abgerechnet (dafür hinterlegt man ein Deposit von 2000 THB) und eine Reinigung des Zimmers wird mit 500 THB berechnet. Die Erfahrung mit Unangenehmen Gerüchen habe ich schon mit anderen Condos gemacht. In Zukunft kommen nur noch Hotels für mich in Frage.
