Non me lo aspettavo cosi, senza luce naturale e in una zona non proprio serena
Non lascio quasi mai recensioni negative, perché io stesso affitto appartamenti e quindi cerco sempre di immedesimarmi nei proprietari, se vedo un minimo di impegno. L’appartamento è senza luce naturale, sembra di stare in un bunker. Questo dettaglio non risultava nella descrizione dell’annuncio. Avrebbero potuto sopperire questa mancanza almeno aumentando i servizi basici (che hanno costi irrisori) come ad esempio: shampoo/bagno schiuma, sapone per la lavatrice, un comodino e una luce per il letto. Invece niente di questo c’era. Il frigorifero fa rumore, la notte è fastidioso. Si sentono camminare tutte le persone che entrano nell’ edificio e salgono le scale. Avevo prenotato 2 notti e me ne sono andato in fretta e furia dopo una notte.

Confortable, clean, convinient, and cheap, just a tiny bit hard to reach.
I really enjoyed how clean the apartment was as well as all the amenities. A TV, free wifi, laundry machine, kitchen area, it all helped make our stay there much more convenient and enjoyable. It was also quite close to the metro station, so, quite convenient.
The location was a bit hard to reach, as the apartment was located uphill. It felt a workout to reach the apartment especially if you are carrying luggage. The area outside was a bit concerning and maybe dirty too but, on the inside it was really nice.

Замечательное расположение. Близко к центру города, порту и железнодорожному вокзалу. Очень чисто. Новая сантехника, посуда. Хозяева отвечают очень быстро.
Отсутствие окон.
