Good value beauty by the sea
Beautiful clean architecture tire, gorgeous gardens, great room. Staff very helpful and happy. Food good selection .large pool with relatively private sections.
Poor quality entertainment after dinner.

I guess it was the location. The kids enjoyed the activities. Food was good.
I think their charges are on the high side. The customer service. Their introduction and where everything is. We had to orient ourselves. We asked for extra water bottle as we were a family of 4. Only got 3. Asked them to change the sheets. The guy didn't come back. After an hour I called reception. He returned empty handed and said the sheets have gone for washing. I questioned him, you guys don't have anymore sheets in the hotel. On the last day I asked for the porter.. He never showed up. I had to personally pick two suitcases from the second floor. If I was younger I wouldn't complain.
