    Frühstück im Hotel sehr gut

    Schlüsselübergabe und Parkplatz am Hotel, nicht am Gästehaus, muss besser kommuniziert werden. Hellhörig, Bett eng mit Schränken eingebaut. Fernseher schwierig in Bedienung, muss neu programmiert werden.

    Ganz neue renoviertes Gästehaus Bed und Ausstattung sehr gut..

    Das Gästehaus ist ca. 8 Min. (Fußweg) vom Hotel entfernt. Ein Einchecken um 13 Uhr war leider nicht möglich, da der Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr vorgesehen ist – obwohl das Gästehaus zu diesem Zeitpunkt leer war. Dafür standen wir dann nachts um 1 Uhr mit unseren Chipkarten vor dem Gästehaus … und kamen nicht hinein! Mit Hilfe eines Mitarbeiters, der uns die fehlerhaften Karten ausgestellt hatte, kamen wir schließlich ca. eine ½ Stunde später auf unsere Zimmer. Als „Service“ wurde uns am nächsten Tag das Frühstück für 16,50 € statt 23,50 € angeboten. „Gratis wäre zu viel des Guten“, wurde uns dazu noch mitgeteilt. Wir wollten das Frühstück auch nicht unbedingt umsonst, aber hier hätte ich mir einfach mehr Entgegenkommen und vor allem besseren Service gewünscht. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ließ leider ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt für uns daher kein besonders erfreulicher Aufenthalt.
