    Sunny location in old Tivoli

    Great location in the old section of town with a view and sunny windows.

    Lots of cafés and bars on the street, which were noisy, also every morning waking at 6.00 or 6.30 by the recycling lorries emptying the previous night's bottles. At least the streets were clean! So, sleep with windows shut. Also, the kitchen was very minimally equipped: no big bowls for mixing or making salad, no chopping board, only 3 large mugs. But everything else was good.

    Two night stay in Tivol

    The apartment was just right - comfortable with lovely views. Light and airy, and we were met by the host who was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is in an excellent location . Only a 5 minute walk from the Villa D' Este which is not to be missed. We walked straight out of the door into a lovely town with lots of friendly people, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. We would definitely recommend and will be returning. There is also a regular train service to Rome, 40 mins ride, so really worth staying for a couple of nights when holidaying in Rome as we did. Excellent.
