Please note all guests must present their Booking.com confirmation on arrival. This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking. Please note full payment is processed when the booking is made. Kindly note a conservation fee is charged per vehicle on arrival. Units in the Studio layout category could have single beds OR sleeper couches on check-in, and will vary from unit to unit. For assistance, please contact the Resort Reception for information in this regard. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak affecting South Africa, additional biosecurity measures are in place at the resort, to ensure the health of the animals on our reserve. All guests are therefore asked to do their part in helping us keep this well managed, by agreeing to have vehicle tyres sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and to walk over a disinfectant mat on arrival. These measures help prevent the spread of the disease and protect the animals on the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
