    Sehr gut am Strand und Einkaufsstraße gelegen

    Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand gelegen und nur ein Mal über die Straße gelaufen ist man am Meer. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Strand und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, daher hat man mit einer großen Familie trotzdem viel Privatsphäre. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich oder störend.

    Die komplette Einrichtung, die Küche und das Bad sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wären dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Brause in der Dusche hat nicht funktioniert, daher mussten wir Wasser in einem Eimer füllen und diesen mit Behälter über unseren Kopf gießen um duschen zu können.

    Gute Lage bezüglich der großen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Ephesus, Pergamon, Troja); gute Infrastruktur (Läden, Restaurants); sehr saubere Wohnung; gute Nachtruhe; netter Vermieter und Nachbarn

    Wohnung lädt durch sehr einfache Ausstattung und Renovierungsstau nicht zum Aufenthalt ein; Essbereich ist der Balkon mit toller Aussicht aber in EG direkt an der Straße und Streunerkatzen springen auf den Tisch; Strand direkt vor der Tür aber total verdreckt
