    The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of the main entertainment and shopping areas. The rooms are pleasant and clean, the breakfast is tasty and satisfying, and the staff are kind, helpful, and service-oriented. Overall, this is a lovely and pleasant hotel with a great location and very nice staff. However, I would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet night’s sleep or is particularly sensitive to noise.

    The most significant issue for me, however, was the noise. Personally, this is a deal breaker. Had I known in advance that the hotel is located directly above the tram tracks, I would not have booked it. The noise from the trams was noticeable and affected the quietness of the stay. There were a few things I liked less. They are not major issues individually, but they are part of the overall experience. The bathroom was somewhat disappointing in its simplicity. The hotel’s maintenance could also use some attention: the hinge of the wardrobe door in our room came loose and the door fell on us. Thankfully, it was repaired the following day. The bathrobes are comfortable, but somewhat worn and frayed.

    Ein ordentliches Hotel in zentraler Lage

    Wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen, so doch sehr gepflegt und ordentlich.

    Die Lage mit Zimmer zur Straße ist schon recht laut.
