Too isolated
A beautiful, very well-kept property with a lovely host.
I have nothing bad to say about the property itself. The relatively low rating is because, without prior notice about the following details, we found ourselves far from any reasonable option for purchasing basic groceries. It might just be a matter of managing expectations, so I’ll detail the key points here to help others avoid disappointment: * Distance and Accessibility: The location is about a 35-minute drive from the nearest mini-market. The drive is along a narrow, single-lane, highly winding mountain road that requires absolute concentration. I strongly advise against driving this road in the dark; plan your arrival during daylight hours only. * Stocking Up in Advance: You must bring all required supplies and groceries with you, including essentials like soap and shampoo—otherwise, you’ll face a 70-minute round trip just for a carton of milk. In summary, the place is good if you arrive prepared and are looking to completely disconnect and enjoy total peace. On the other hand, if that’s not quite for you, you might end up like us—giving up a night and leaving early without a refund.
