  Exceptional stay in a brand new apartment from a fantastic host

  I have to say, this is the first time a booking has so far exceeded my expectations. Even before I stepped into the apartment, I was warmly welcomed by the host, Dimitra, who picked me up from the tube station and gave me detailed directions and recommendations, almost like a personal tour guide. The apartment is in a very safe area of Athens, in a trendy neighbourhood with plenty of shops and cafés just around the corner and at walking distance from most of Athens touristic highlights. It has clearly been completely refurbished, and the attention to detail and great taste are evident throughout. Everything, from the decor to the kitchen plates and pans, is brand new, and the apartment has so many thoughtful details that you feel at home right away. It is also quite spacious and has an excellent Wi-Fi connection, which allowed me to work without any issues. I wish every property on Booking.com could offer this level of quality. This place is a shining example of what a great stay should be, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens, whether for a few days or a longer stay.

  Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Atenach, ze świetną lokalizacją i wyjątkową gospodynią.

  Bardzo udany pobyt w Atenach i miejsce, które zdecydowanie mogę polecić. Apartament jest czysty, nowoczesny, zadbany i świetnie wyposażony. Znajduje się w nim wszystko, czego można potrzebować podczas pobytu. Do dyspozycji jest w pełni wyposażona kuchnia ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi sprzętami i akcesoriami. Widać, że pomyślano również o najdrobniejszych szczegółach – znajdziecie tu nawet igłę z nićmi, klamerki do prania czy zapasowe baterie do pilota. Niby drobiazgi, ale świetnie pokazują, jak dużo uwagi poświęcono temu, żeby gościom niczego nie brakowało. Dużym plusem jest również lokalizacja. Okolica jest bezpieczna i spokojna, a jednocześnie w pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów. Bardzo blisko jest Stadion Panateński, a do centrum i najważniejszych atrakcji Aten można bez problemu dotrzeć pieszo lub komunikacją miejską. Dla mnie była to bardzo dobra baza do zwiedzania miasta. Osobne słowa uznania należą się Dimitrze, która jest naprawdę wyjątkową gospodynią - niezwykle sympatyczną, serdeczną, pomocną i pełną pozytywnej energii. Kontakt z nią był świetny jeszcze przed przyjazdem. Ponieważ mój samolot lądował późnym wieczorem, Dimitra zaoferowała mi również transfer z lotniska. Po drodze do apartamentu pokazała mi okolicę i opowiedziała o miejscach, które warto odwiedzić. Poleciła również restauracje, sklepy i miejsca przydatne podczas pobytu. Wszystko cierpliwie wyjaśniła, a jej wskazówki naprawdę ułatwiły mi późniejsze zwiedzanie Aten. Od samego początku czułem się bardzo mile widziany. Dimitra naprawdę dba o swoich gości i widać, że wkłada dużo serca w to, co robi. Jeśli ponownie będę w Atenach, z przyjemnością zatrzymam się tutaj jeszcze raz. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto wybiera się do Aten!

  Great apartment, great hostess!

  Dimitra is the most delightful and helpful host I’ve ever met. She offers airport transfers at a very fair price and provides clear, detailed instructions about the apartment’s location and facilities. She even took the time to show me the Panathenaic Stadium in person, which I truly appreciated. The apartment has been newly renovated and is well equipped. Everything is arranged with care and kept immaculate, giving the impression of a host with great experience, thoughtfulness, and wisdom. The apartment is also very quiet, so there’s no need to worry about noise. Although I travelled alone, I found the space so generous that it could easily accommodate a family. The location is great and you can easily access almost everywhere on foot.

  One thing to keep in mind is the hot water supply, especially if you’re travelling in a group of more than two. The hot water can run out fairly quickly, so you may need to wait for it to heat up again or take turns showering without too much delay.
