It was an unforgettable trip and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The best things about the hotel are its
friendly and attentive staff
The gym is located in the neighboring hotel and is in need of repair. The free-weight benches are broken, and one of the machines is broken as well.

Disappointing.
The Kos town.
Beach - smoke buds, tables uncleaned, not holding to the 9 o clock no towels rule, put a sign up for neighboring hotel. Same for pools, people putting towels down at 6 AM. Walk to Michelangelo trash visible on perifery. Restaurant - same food all the time. Lunch and dinner. We are at the ocean - not anywhere near enough fish choice on daily basis. Snacks not existing. Special night - same food as in the other restaurant, below par offering. Bus schedule - remove the schedule since its not correct Room - shampoo bottles not replaced, cleaning rag left in the room, shower not draining, huge cockroach found in the room. Electricity issue. Spa - the POS didnt work so I had to walk to Michelangelo to pay for the service. Service not private enough/loud and same price as in the hotel in a seperate room. Service - had to walk to the the reception with luggage because the pick up didnt come for more than 15 mins.

Everything was wonderful; we were very happy and didn't encounter any issues. The only thing is that if there were information about the ingredients of the dishes, it would be easier for us when selecting and serving ourselves.
