Appartamento spazioso pulito e panoramico.
Ceck in solo on line, non funzionante e senza alternativa. non funzionava la tv e non sono venuti a sistemarla. mancavano alcune asciugamani e hanno detto che dipende dalla disponibilita' del kit

Location
We chose this apartment after a long search — we had specific requirements, and the place seemed to meet almost all of them. The main reason for our choice was the promised sea view, which was the deciding factor. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that there was no sea view at all. When booking, there was no information that there are several apartments, and that some of them face the courtyard instead of the sea. Unfortunately, our windows faced a noisy courtyard, where restaurant air conditioners, ventilation fans, and kitchen sounds — clattering dishes and cutlery — could be heard until midnight. It was simply impossible to relax in such conditions. The windows hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time, and there was dust on the shelves and inside the wardrobes. For our group, there wasn’t enough basic kitchenware — not enough cups, and no wine glasses. For a family with children, this would definitely be inconvenient. The shower was broken, and there was enough hot water only for one person, while others had to wait for it to heat up again. With only one bathroom, this was quite uncomfortable. We also found out upon arrival that the elevator had been out of service for a month, but no one informed us in advance. Our group of five people was given only one set of keys, which made organizing our days very difficult. It’s a real pity, because the apartment looked wonderful in the photos and description, and we arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. That said, the location of the apartment is excellent, and that’s probably its biggest advantage.

Never again
The view was nice and the apartment close to historic center. Nothing more good to say.
The apartment was under restauration, so this was missing: curtains, lamps in bedrooms, wine glasses, electric kettle, knife for bread, cutting board, scissors, and mircowave. There were holes in the ceiling and walls, tapes after walls being painted, the wifi was not high speed and did not work half the time, even we got new code it was the same. Dirty windows. No handles on the kitchen "doors" and drawer. We called the owner Andrea Adado and he was in total denial. Later he send us a message that he was sorry and asked us to make a list of the missing things. We got most of it but the acoustics was unbearable because of the missing curtains

Substandard accommodation
As in previous reviews- location and size were magnificent
Failings brought up by previous guests still not addressed 10 months later eg broken shower door. Minimal kitchen equipment- we chose this place so as to prepare some meals at home, had to buy seive, knife, grater, salad bowl to prepare basic pasta meal- 2 coffee cups, 2 pasta bowls for 4. Shower was hot for first person, next 3 had luke warm to cold- morning or night. Was weekend so technician unable to attend- understand that but yet another fault. Bathroom floor tiles slippery +++ as water straight onto floor from broken door. Bathroom/toilet door has no latch to close Many unfinished renovations leaving what could be a truly fabulous property, scruffy and undesirable. Manager needs to address the comments made. I am astounded by many ratings of 10- maybe these guests eat out 3 times daily and only sleep at the property. Very disappointed.
