    Disappointing.

    Location.

    I did not get to stay at the property as we had accessibility issues. Property on fourth floor with very high stairs. My wife could not go up and down. I raised with host who stated they had provided such information - I disagreed with this. I had to find alternative accommodation and host did not provide refund for unused use - 3 instead of 5 people. My friends who are younger stayed. Host refused to answer to booking.com requests.

    L'emplacement au centre de Sienne. And the price raisonable. The bedrooms were big

    La posizione rispetto al centro della città

    La poca chiarezza delle informazioni scritte su Booking: non c'è scritto che gli appartamenti sono ad un terzo piano senza ascensore (almeno un montacarichi per i bagagli), il parcheggio è fuori dalle mura, è a pagamento, anche volendo gli alloggi si trovano in zona ZTL. Inoltre la dotazione per il bagno era scarsa, la zona pranzo ha il soffitto bassissimo e pericoloso per le teste degli ospiti alti più di 150 cm.
