Fabulous apartment, great location
It was perfectly situated in a very nice neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, quiet, very nicely decorated. Francesca was very helpful (and patient 😉) and was a pleasure to work with.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great location, right next to busstop for Airport and Major City bus stop. Very clean and spacious. Friendly hosts.
Electricity is limited to 20kwh per day. We limited our use but feel 25kwh per day would be more practical.

Superb
Location was excellent. Could walk easily to the centre. Three lovely bedrooms, great living space and balcony. Lift worked well. Good support from staff/owners. Parking extra, but well worth it to forget the car for three days in Palermo.
Having only one set of keys for three couples.

Beautiful apartment!
Apartment was beautiful, large and sunny. Kitchen was fully equipped which was awesome for breakfast and dinners at the apartment. Large outdoor space for coffee or dinners on the patio. Bus stop right outside of building.
Communication with host could have been better, we had to reach out the morning of arrival to find out about check in process. We were told the local property manager was to reach out to us however all I received was a missed call during our flight over with no message left. I took a chance that the missed call was in fact the property manager and texted that we had just landed, no response. When we arrived to the apartment I called the number again to see if someone was indeed coming. This created a lot of undue stress when arriving to an area we were not familiar with.

Exceptional
The apartment is very big and comfortable, the host is super hospitable and communication was on top. Everything was thought of beforehand for our convenience. We were six people, everyone was happy.
