  The excellent availability of the host. He often checked on us how we were going by making sure that we were comfortable and if in need of any assistance. We had a major issue with our car; we contacted the host to suggest how to resolve the problem. He went above and beyond by finding us a suitable alternative. We were very very pleased by his attention and understanding. The place itself was very nicely decorated, comfortable and accommodating; we highly recommend it. The location is very well located very close to the major Puglia surrounding little characteristic towns. Highly recommend

  10/10 – Warm hospitality and real kindness from Gianni We had a fantastic stay in Cisternino, made even better by Gianni’s kindness and support. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the town, but what really stood out was Gianni himself. When our trains were unexpectedly cancelled from Martina Franca, he stepped in and rescued us without hesitation. That kind of help goes far beyond what you’d normally expect from a host and really made a stressful situation easy to handle. Communication was excellent throughout, and he genuinely cared that we had a good experience in the area. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend Gianni to anyone visiting Cisternino.
