VACANZA RELAX & TURISTICA
La struttura è ampia e accogliente, ha tutto quello che serve per una famiglia in vacanza. È dotata di uno spazio esterno che si può usare per una piacevole colazione al mattino o un momento di relax dopo la giornata al mare. Il posto è molto strategico in quanto con al massimo 15 minuti di guida sei ovunque, e con 40 minuti ti ritrovi facilmente a Bari o Ostuni. I proprietari di una gentilezza infinita, la prima sera ci hanno consigliato la sagra tipica del paese, facendoci parcheggiare nella loro abitazione privata per facilitarci l’ingresso, e durante la vacanza sono sempre stati disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta, inoltre a fine vacanza ci hanno omaggiato con un prodotto tipico locale, persone SQUISITE!

A due passi dai posti fra i più belli della Puglia
Posizione tranquilla, appena scampagnata, ma a due passi da tutto. Fasano a 5 minuti, Monopoli a 10 etc. Pulitissima, spaziosa, bella e con tutti i servizi necessari
Non c’è la lavastoviglie, ma poco male… si va a mangiare fuori! :-)

Exceptional
We had a wonderful stay at Ulivo apartment in Monopoli! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was also quite big and modern, which was a pleasant surprise. We especially loved the outdoor terrace—it was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was great, just a short walk from both the city center and the charming old town of Monopoli. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a lovely basket of fresh fruit, and there was also a coffee machine available, which we really appreciated in the mornings. Vittoria was very helpful and friendly—she responded to our messages quickly and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re planning to visit Monopoli!
