Mansarda molto bella e pulita con tutti i confort necessari. Bello anche l'affaccio dalla terrazza.Posizione buona, parcheggio e centro molto comodi da raggiungere a piedi. Consigliato!

Una bella scelta per chi vuole visitare Rovereto
Ubicazione perfetta, la mansarda era ben arredata molta spaziosa e comoda per una famiglia con due bambini (validissimo anche per chi non ha figli o viaggia senza). Dispone di ascensore, validissima opzione per chi ha difficolta per utilizzare le scale.
Fortunatamente non ho trovato niente che non vada bene.

Bei meiner Ankunft habe ich einen falschen Code erhalten und kam dadurch nur schwer in die Wohnung – erst nach einigen Nachrichten bekam ich den richtigen Code. Der Strom funktionierte nicht, und ich musste mehrfach darum bitten, dass die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet wird, da es in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt war, das selbst zu tun. Beim Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern wurde zu wenig hinterlassen. Bei den Handtüchern verlangte die Vermieterin einen Tag vor meiner Abreise zusätzlich 300 € für die gewünschten extra Handtücher. Bei ca. 40 °C ist es für mich normal, dass ich öfter dusche, und ich starte die Waschmaschine nicht wegen eines einzigen Handtuchs. Bei der Bettwäsche wurde zu wenig hinterlassen, und nach meiner Abreise unterstellte man mir, ich hätte sie mitgenommen. Bei jeder Kommunikation ging es nur um Kosten – die 300 € Mehrkosten für die Handtücher waren für mich das Maß voll. Diese Wohnung werde ich nie wieder buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
