Amazing place and host. Great location!
It’s like a home away from home—beautifully decorated, comfortable, well stocked and best of all the host responds very quickly and is super helpful.
I think it would save the host some time answering messages if she had a FAQ document around keys, ac use, where to find what in the town.

Von Beginn an absolut unkompliziert, sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles wirklich alles hat gepasst! Zentraler geht’s nicht und auch die gehobene Ausstattung bis zu dem hervorragenden Bett hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen - wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem Appartment!

EVERYTHING Owner, Position fantastic tiny road Centre of Town Ice cream Crepes coffee pizza pastrami restaurant bars right outside the beautiful gated large apartment Could’ve help us enough. Much appreciated with walking distance from Ferrari Lamborghini and a bus to Maranello race track and Museum. You must try this super place.
Very large Private Apartment With very Large rooms very comfortable best beds we’ve slept on. Great position, safe with all facilities and lift. Private gated off the main square. (100 meters) to anywhere in the Town. We will go back sometime with the fast train you can get to an Town in Italy. We went to Rome Naples and Amalfi all in 10 days https://italiatren.com/en

Ideal location in the heart of Modena.
Perfect location for what we wanted. Very close to amenities. We would definitely book it again if we returned to Modena and definitely recommend it.
Every morning we were woken up very early ( 5am ) by the noise coming from the street below the bedroom, emptying the bins and the bottles bins!

Perfect
Everything was perfect. It is easy to find and access. The host was so kind. The location is amazing. Everything is in walking distance. Every bar and cafe around us has gorgeous food and drink and the apartment is clean and comfortable. We loved being in the heart of everything. Modena is a beautiful place to visit. Thank you.
