Great vibe, rooftop and hot nights 😂 (no A/C)

Full apartment in a historic building with two rooms, bathroom, kitchen, and an amazing rooftop terrace. Well-equipped kitchen with capsule coffee machine (capsules included). Not for those expecting 5-star luxury – a bit old-fashioned and full of character, like a real Italian home. Terrace alone makes it a solid 9/10!

The biggest problem is the lack of air conditioning. It’s quite noisy outside at night, but you can’t really close the windows — it’s too hot :(

If you want to feel the authenticity, I recommend this house. It is clean, cozy and in a very good location. The terrace is amazing and with a great view. The host is very attentive and caring, thank you Luca! Best regards

Good place for 3 nights stay, cozy bedroom. Liked the vibes in the apartment in general, but improvements can easily be

Great contact with the owners (not fluent in English though), ready to assist and help with your stay. I liked the vibes in the apartment in general, but improvements can easily be made.

When we arrived it was super cold inside the house (15.5 C degrees), but we figured out later how to manage it. Dirty dishes (from cups to pans), coffee from the capsule express not drinkable due to awful smell and simply terrible taste. Very small, extra dirty, 50ml moka pot didn’t help, so we used to grab a coffee in the city only. No electric kettle.

    Great place- great host! Recommended!

This is a wonderful place to stay on a clean, quiet street. We travelled with our grown daughter and having 4 floors and two bedrooms gave us each enough space. We loved the rooftop best. The main bedroom is beautiful with a great window. The beds and the couch are all comfortable for sleep and resting with nice bedding. The big kitchen chair got a lot of use for reading. Everything was very clean and in good condition. We arrived late from Rome and it was helpful to have snacks, juice, coffee and tea waiting for us . There is a fantastic bakery very close, a small grocery, and open air markets near the house. The piazzas, sea front and marina are an easy stroll. Train station 15 minutes walk. Mola di Bari is a very easy place to visit. Nico has good bikes to rent, answers promptly, and has good ideas for enjoying Mola. We would definitely stay again.

We would put a warning that each floor has steep steps, even to enter the house. It would not be a place for people with bad knees or toddlers. The kitchen is small but was fine for cooking. We didn't use the stools and bar in the kitchen for eating but brought our food to the big table up the stairs to the covered roof top.
