  Great B&B experience – exceeded our expectations!

  Cozy, amazing central location, and great rooms. Benedice does a wonderful job with the outdoor breakfast, keeping everything clean indoors, and providing overall great service with local tips and activity recommendations. Serena, the Office Manager, was also super helpful with information about the city and arranging our transfer on departure day. Full score / 10 out of 10!

  Beautiful but not without downsides

  Lovely clean room, and serviced daily. Location right in the heart of historic Otranto, but still super quiet — the garden is lovely but we didn’t sit out there much because of mosquitoes. Breakfast was ample and varied, Bernice was kind and helpful. It was nice to have a kettle and teabags in the room.

  There is no one on the property after 1pm: check in is done with a key code and feels pretty impersonal. We arrived at the room and found our adaptors didn’t fit in the sockets, but there was no one around to help. I had to WhatsApp and be quite firm for someone to come and help. Not the best welcome! We also were given beach towels and then told we had ‘rented’ them at the end! I was quite firm in saying we hadn’t been informed of any rental service and in the end we weren’t charged, but it feels pretty cheeky and underhand especially given how expensive this place is for what it is. We also had a weird last morning at breakfast, with the manager sitting with all her paperwork out and talking loudly on the phone but not introducing herself or asking how our stay had been. Not relaxing at all, actually kind of a vibe kill. Some lovely things about this place but ultimately didn’t really feel that valued as guests.

  Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, le couvert est déjà mis dès notre arrivée le matin. Le personnel est aux petits soins et la chambre est exceptionnelle et bien équipée ! Chaque chambre est un petit logement à part avec sa propre clé et la procédure pour rentrer à Dimora est bien pensée, ce qui nous garantit une grande autonomie. Le jardin est très bien aménagé, avec une douche extérieure donc trop pratique pour les retours de plage ! Le domaine est très bien situé dans la ville, en hyper-centre et à quelques minutes à peine à pieds de la plage. Otrante a été notre véritable coup de cœur des Pouilles, en partie grâce à Dimora Lopez.

  Minibar à disposition, très pratique mais sachez que les bouteilles d'eau déjà présentes vous seront facturées à la fin de votre séjour. Aussi, le robinet était à température ambiante : pratique pour inciter à la consommation ;) mais pour les buveur.ses en gourde comme nous, il fallait passer par la case frigo avant de consommer l'eau.
