    Die Lage ist zentral, aber etwas abseits des touristischen Trubels. In der Nähe gibt es viele tolle Lokale, es ist fast direkt am Ufer von Arno. Das Bett und die Schlafcouch waren beide sehr bequem, die Unterkunft ist auch insgesamt ziemlich leise. Wir konnten die Koffer bereits gegen 13 Uhr in der Wohnung ablegen.

    Die Spülmaschine war kaputt und das schon seit einiger Zeit, da das Geschirr war fleckig und teilweise schmierig. Das Badezimmer ist schon abgenutzt und die Dusche war etwas undicht, sodass es Feuchtigkeit auf dem Boden in der Ecke gab. Das Zimmer war um 15 Uhr noch nicht fertig, und am Tag der Abreise wollte das Personal um 9:30 schon rein.

    Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts were always available to answer our quest

    Location was great. Ten minutes walk from the train station. Very close to all the major tourist sites.

    Bathroom was slightly cramped, but this in no way detracted from our stay.

    Would love to rent it again, but the stairs up (29 steps) are a killer for older or very largely-built people. We manage

    Very spacious and clean and well-lit. Nice to have a little balcony. The washer only took 15 minutes to cycle. Good linens and towels. Great AC as it was very hot during our visit. Great communication with Mamo staff by phone. It’s in a convenient location for everything.

    All the pillows need to be replaced. The ones that are not lumpy and sad looking are just chunks of foam rubber cut to fit inside a pillowcase, not real pillows. I think the turnover of rental apts is so quick that full inspections are not done often enough. The shower leaks onto the floor, as the rubber stripping needs replacing on the glass. Also, there are no little recessed extension plugs so you can plug in the kettle, grill, iron and hairdryer. We had one with us as , have had many visits to Italy and are aware of all the different electrical plugs. A great apartment otherwise, and these are all easy fixes to maintain the place and its’ value.
