    Beautiful apartment close to major sites.

    Great location and beautiful property. Well equipped for cooking and dining. So close to all major visitor attractions but very quiet.

    Lift is small but it’s a historic building so understandable.

    Beautiful flat, amazing location but poor service

    The location is fantastic. Two minutes walk from ponte vecchio. The apartment itself is stunning. Lovely furnishings, big bright rooms

    The service was not good. Basic facilities were not provided - paper towels, toaster, no soap in dispensers, we were given a used washing up sponge to use. Simple welcome items were absent, which for the price you would expect (and we received in the other two places we stayed in Tuscany) - coffee, water. Also missing were basic condiments - salt, pepper and olive oil. Again, these were provided in the other places we stayed, and I'd expect it here. But the worst aspect was the lack of response by management to messages we sent. On the day we were to check out, we realised at 8.30am that the lift was out of order. We were staying on the top floor and had heavy luggage. We had a late checkout at 12pm. They never responded, not even after we had checked out to apologise for any inconvenience.
