  A peaceful Tuscan getaway with stunning views, delicious food, and lovely hospitality

  Absolutely breathtaking views and very welcoming staff. Although Eduardo was the only one who spoke English, the rest of the team did their best to help us. The room was just as beautiful as in the photos, and breakfast was very generous. Dinner was also delicious, especially the cuttlefish and octopus! The pool area, including the jacuzzi, offers stunning views. Since we visited during the off season, it was incredibly peaceful and almost felt like our own private villa. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing Tuscan escape.

  Just a few minor things. The gravel road leading to the property is quite narrow and steep, so drive carefully. The restaurant portions were a little small for the price, although the food was delicious. We also tried the massage, which was more on the gentle side. Perfect if you prefer a relaxing massage, but perhaps not ideal for those who enjoy deeper pressure. Overall, none of these affected our wonderful experience.

  An exceptional stay in the Maremma! Exquisite countryside and superbly located to fully take advantage of sunrises and sunsets over the surrounding rolling hills! Tranquility embodied. Tastefully decorated rooms and public areas. Staff speaks a mixture of Italian and English and were welcoming and attentive. A special mention of the staff's commitment to have both breakfast and dinner perfectly prepared for us the day we were the only visitors to the estate. Pool not heated, which is likely ideal for the warm summers, although that did not deter us from going for a quick dip in the chilly waters. It contrasted well to a late afternoon spent in the heated tub by the swimming pool, watching the sunset. Finally, we found the gravel road to the property easy to navigate in an SUV and with a bit of prior experience with driving on similar roads. Communication via WhatsApp had us take the best road from Rome from the get go and was much appreciated!

  Traumhafte Lage, aber Mücken und enttäuschendes Essen

  - Wunderschöne, absolut ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur mit herrlichem Ausblick - Schöne Restaurant-Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick und sehr bequemem Mobiliar - Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der alle Wünsche im Rahmen des Möglichen erfüllt hat – auch ein Zimmerwechsel war kein Problem - Zimmer sauber

  - Keine Fliegengitter, obwohl es dort von Mücken wimmelt. Das Personal selbst warnt eindringlich davor, die Fenster zu öffnen. Mitten in der Natur bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu schlafen, kann aber nicht die Lösung sein. Fliegengitter würden das Problem einfach beheben – das größte Manko des Hotels. - Das erste Zimmer wirkte feucht und roch auch so - Zimmermobiliar eher zusammengesammelt als ästhetisch - Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt: Von vier Gerichten waren zwei regelrecht verbrannt – kein Röstaroma, sondern wirklich verkohlt, und so hat es auch geschmeckt - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht
