    Un'oasi di pace. Silenzio e frescura. Difficili da trovare nella calura di agosto '26.

    Il B&B è collegato alla città di Campobasso con una passeggiata alberata di platani, amabilmente percorsa dai passanti. Luogo leggendario per i locali. Nei pressi immediati, a meno di 2 km, il paese di Ferrazzano a 870 m s.l.m., raggiungibile con quattro passi decisi verso la pineta, fino alla sommità, da dove si gode uno straordinario panorama. Dalle finestre del b&b, alberi e paesaggi lontani.
