    Ideale Lage für Familien, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

    Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern ideal. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuss erreichbar, sodass wir die Stadt wunderbar erkunden konnten.

    Leider funktionierten der Haarföhn sowie das Licht beim Badezimmerspiegel nicht. Auch beim Geschirrspüler wurde angezeigt, dass Salz nachgefüllt werden muss. Die Geschirrspültabs mussten wir zudem selbst kaufen. Schön wäre es, wenn für jeden Aufenthalt ausreichend Geschirrspültabs (z. B. ein Tab pro Tag) sowie ein Geschirrtuch zur Verfügung gestellt würden. Das wären kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen würden.

    Not happy with the management to handle the problem friendly and effective.

    The location of the property was good almost close to most of historical places

    I reserved this place for six days .My son and I arrived there on Friday the Internet didn’t work.We asked the manager she gave us some instruction about the very very old modem including reset and etc ,but any of them not fixed it. For 4 days without no Internet no TV. I had some work to do as required having Internet so I had difficulty because there is no Internet. On the fourth day I sent her a text she didn’t respond. I saw a guy that worked in the the building ask him why the manager did not do anything about the Internet. She sent us a text and accused us that we dropped the modem so for this reason Internet does not work. I called Booking.com and ask to solve this problem. The manager told Booking.com we can leave the place.so we immediately found a place because we still had two days left before came back to United States. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I will not give any credit for this place.
