    Marina our hostess was lovely. Facilties were fine. Even had a washing machine. Very clean. Nice bathroom

    Bed a bit hard for us oldies. We prefer softer mattresse. Also as we are light sleepers there was a bit of train noise

    The interior of the b&b is super clean, one of the cleanest I’ve seen in my life and time traveling. The owner Marina is very kind and sweet, she also is the one who cleans the rooms :) My Italian is not the best speaking wise but we did manage to communicate. The location as well near the train station was spectacular, only a 9 minute walk away. Same for the ferry. I also enjoyed the close access to the views of the ocean.

    Unfortunately we ran into a few things that made our stay less than perfect. One was the lack of functioning AC, the AC runs very weak. It cannot make the sleeping area cool down at all no matter the setting, we had to bother Marina and ask for a fan just to be able to withstand every night. I felt bad for asking but we were genuinely too warm to sleep comfortably. Also the electrical outlets are sensitive and will turn off if it senses any “problem” or having charger plugged in overnight/during day too long so it resulted in us being without access for 20 min but was resolved by Marina manually when she saw our message, but still odd. Additionally I did find the rules a bit complicated (ie: quiet hours from 14:00-16:00). Overall the space itself was big and I enjoyed Marinas hospitality, but for these reasons I wanted to make an in depth review for others.

    A wonderful stay with a fantastic host

    Our host was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation was beautiful, and she gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again!
