    Posizione ottima, gestione inadeguata

    Ottima posizione e bellissimo giardino

    La gestione del check-in è stata estremamente caotica e disorganizzata. Avevamo richiesto con anticipo la posizione della casa e concordato il check-in per le 16:00 direttamente nell’alloggio. Nonostante avessimo chiesto la possibilità di entrare già alle 14:00, la proprietaria è venuta a prenderci al porto soltanto alle 16:15. Una volta arrivati, la casa non era ancora pronta. La proprietaria ha dovuto terminare le pulizie e siamo riusciti a entrare solo alle 18:00. A questo si aggiunge il problema del caldo: la casa era estremamente calda e, viste le temperature, non era adeguatamente attrezzata per garantire un soggiorno confortevole. La proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile nei rapporti, ma la disponibilità personale non può compensare una gestione così poco organizzata.

    Senza clima si muore dal caldo; Scarichi tappati; Non è assolutamente vero che ci sono 3 bagni completi, uno senza doccia e nell'altro gli scarichi tutti tappati, di conseguenza abbiamo dovuto utilizzare un bagno in sette; Casa abbastanza sporca....

    The real essence of Carloforte

    Really liked the atmosphere and the environment. You can really appreciate the lifestyle of Carloforte. Anna the owner is very helpful, friendly and lovely. In the night you can have a beautiful sight of the sky which is full of stars.

    Everything is very authentic the only down you need to face is the road to reach the place which is a little bit tricky as it is a sandy road.
