    Proprietarie gentilissime e disponibili a fornire indicazioni su spiagge e ristoranti. Comodo lo spazio esterno per il nostro amico a 4 zampe. La spiaggia di sabbia vicina alla struttura con una conformazione che la protegge dal vento e dalle onde in caso di mare mosso. A pochi passi un panificio che offre anche caffetteria per la colazione ed un piccolo supermercato.

    Vieste sempre bellissima anche se questo week-end il meteo è stato poco clemente.

    Location ottimale poiché essendo a meno di 3 chilometri dal centro di Vieste è una zona molto tranquilla. La consiglio soprattutto a chi viaggia in moto ed è geloso del mezzo in quanto si può parcheggiare in un parcheggio recintato da un cancello. Monolocale confortevole, ben tenuto ed efficiente. Silenzioso.

    Consiglio (molto modestamente) di far trovare ai clienti almeno la carta igienica poiché chi raggiunge la location implica che almeno ha viaggiato per qualche centinaio di chilometri e non avere la carta igienica in bagno è disagevole; inoltre, vorrei anche consigliare di far trovare in cucina almeno l'essenziale come il sale, lo zucchero, un'oliera (olio e aceto) e quanto meno una spugna per lavare i piatti. Purtroppo queste mancanze, fanno si che il giudizio seppur positivo nella totalità del soggiorno, abbiano inficiato un po' negativamente. Un ultimo dettaglio, consiglio di tappare una feritoia che dall'esterno si apre nel bagno che soprattutto in inverno fa raffreddare notevolmente l'ambiente.
