    Would recommend to a friend.

    I slept very well in this apartment thanks to the firm mattress and pillow, as well as the thick walls. The unit is in a quiet corner of the city. The host was very nice and responsive. Check-in was a breeze (key in lock box). Better experience than dealing with hotels, and at a more attractive price point.

    If you have any health problems, or you expect to be very jetlagged after an inter-continental flight, keep in mind that L'Aquila is quite hilly and there's a bit of a climb to get from this apartment to the city center.
