    הדירה נקייה. במטבח היו מחבתות, סירים וכלי אוכל וגם שמן זית ובלסמי המרפסת מקסימה וכיף לשבת בה בבוקר חדר השינה למעלה מקסים

    הפרסום אומר מיזוג אויר אבל בפועל יש רק בחדר השינה. בסלון מטבח ואזור האוכל עבד רק מאוורר אחד והיינו חייבים לבקש מאוורר נוסף (שקיבלנו מהר מאד) מצויין שיש שני חדרי מקלחות. בפועל יש חדר אמבטיה (מקלחון) מרווח ליד חדר השינה שאינו מתאים לאנשים גבוהים כי מאד נמוך אזור המקלחון. החדר השני נמצא בקומת הכניסה ובו כיור, שירותים ובידה. מאד צפוף והאסלה ממש צמודה לכיור היינו 4 וביקשנו מבעל הבית מגבות נוספות גדולות מעבר ל 4 שניתנו והתשובה היתה שאין לו יותר מגבות לתת… חשוב לציין, למי שלא הולך טוב, הדירה נמצאת במקום גבוה ויש לטפס בשיפוע לא קטן עד אליה. אנחנו אהבנו את זה כי הנוף מהחלון היה מושלם אבל למי שמתקשה בהליכה לא בטוח שזה מתאים
