Our property has two apartments located in a historic building in the center of Stresa (without a elevator). Superior Apartment with Balcony: on the first floor, equipped with two balconies. One-bedroom apartment: on the third floor, without balconies. The street where the apartments are located becomes a pedestrian zone during certain evening hours. After confirming your booking, we will provide you with all the information you need for access during these hours, as well as directions on where to park your vehicle. Please note that the property is not available for hen/stag parties or similar events.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Stresa!
Great location in the heart of Stresa and a lovely modern, spacious apartment. Plenty of light through the large windows. Great shower.
The sofa bed sofa in the living room is a little firm, but this was a minor gripe.

Central location within Stresa - close to grocery shops, cafeterias, restaurants and the promenade, all were easily accessible within a 5 minute walk. Apartment was very clean, cozy and tidy. Multiple kitchen utensils available, washing machine, hair dryer and towel dryer. The espresso machine added a nice touch! Apartment had AC included (one in kitchen, one in the bedroom). Perfect for couples or two-person stay.
There are no elevators and the apartment is located on the third floor. This can be tricky if carrying large luggage around however shouldn't be much of a problem if you pack light!

Un endroit parfait !
Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux ! L’appartement est très confortable, très propre, frais et calme alors que nous sommes au cœur de Stresa. Le supermarché juste en face et le lac à 5 minutes à pieds sont aussi un énorme plus
