Bed uncomfortable - bed not secure, very wobbly, headboard loose. only 1 pillow available, no basic provisions ie tea/ coffee/ shower gel/ bottle opener, limited kitchen implements. On a housing development. Had to pay extra for bed linen and towels 20 euros - not made clear on headline price, although was on booking confirmation. Price is really 20 euros higher than headline price. Host told us she deserved 10 out 10 score as we had not pinned down our arrival time. We were travelling some distance and didn't know how long it would take us. We did arrive within the check in window but she was involved in having to change her plans and she felt that this warranted a score of 10. I do not like being told by the host what score we should award.. She both messaged us and told us in person to award her a 10.

We lived in a beautiful and new apartment, with a large bathroom and a spacious terrace with deckchairs and a beautiful view . Everything new and impeccably clean and tidy. There was no problem with free parking in front of the block. The apartment is a bit from the city center.
There was only one half-used toilet paper roll. Although the apartment has a kitchen, they did not have pepper, salt, oil and vinegar available. In other apartments in Puglia, where we stayed, they had all the listed things. There were also no special welcome things. Otherwise, the apartment is immaculate and the host is very friendly.

The property is well-located and it has a large patio, that give a much bigger room to the property overall. It close to the beach (15 mins walking from).
