  Great location, nice staff, but very simple acomodation

  Great location and the staff were very kind and responsive to all our questions or requests. Even though AC didn't work, a fan was provided. Amazing location, right next to where Julius cesar was killed, supermarket and stores very near, but a less busy location than right at argentina square. Toiletries were provided and hairdryer.

  shower was really really small, very little privacy when entering the room (was right in front of the counter). sheets weren’t completely clean. ac and wifi didnt work, very little phone service, and we werent informed beforehand, but a fan was provided.

  Good location for exploring, but disappointing service, uncomfortable room conditions, and poor communication made this

  Was in a convenient location to main attractions - a bit far from the train station but good locality for walking to main attractions throughout the city.

  We were very disappointed by our stay here. The staff were friendly on arrival however it went downhill after this. The aircon does not work at all and the room was very hot. That alongside the lumpy old pillows, and significant amount of street noise when the windows were open made sleeping very uncomfortable. When I contacted the staff about the aircon my message went un-responded to. The next day we had to approach the staff member about it to which he acknowledged having read the message and did nothing. He proceeded to essentially tell us that’s just how it is and his best attempt at “fixing” the issue was to press buttons on the remote and told me not to change the setting - he set the remote to exactly what I had already set it to. They did not offer any remedy to make us more comfortable and just said “hopefully it’s better tonight” to which it was not. I had to explicitly ask them myself for a fan to use - again, this request went simply ignored and staff did not give any follow up. We had food spoil as they had the fridge turn off when we weren’t in the room - thankfully when approached the staff corrected this. Staff were never around in the “reception” and were totally non responsive to messages and contact attempts after check in despite us being told to use this method to contact them. This is not a hotel - it is rather a converted apartment pretending to be a hotel. Very expensive price point for what it is and certainly not worth it. We regret choosing to stay here.
