    Апартамента е на много комуникативно място. В близост до хранителен магазин, аптека и разбира се до плажа. Под кооперацията има закусвалня с превъзходна бугатца със сирене. До нея има магазин за дребни стоки - кафе, цигари, безалкохолни, вода, дребни сладки. Има осигурено паркомясто в двора на кооперацията. Удобствата са добри, но биха могли да се подобрят. Например да се постави микровълнова за претопляне, както и кафемашина. Но това е само препоръка, липсата на тези неща не помрачава по никакъв начин престоя. Има климатици във всяка стая.
